What kind of quality can I expect when I order a hand-painted piece from K. Ashland Artistic Designs?
Each piece is made with love and hand-painted, which might include some imperfections and possible flaws that make it authentic and original to each customer. However if there are any issues or direct damage to the piece, please contact me within 5 days of receiving your order. I make sure to spray each wooden piece with a protective clear coat for extra safety and to withstand aging. Please do NOT put any cheeseboards, serving trays, coasters, etc. in the dishwasher or they WILL get severely damaged!! Hand-wash only and use items with care 🤍
Do you ship internationally?
Absolutely! I can ship anywhere worldwide, customers will be charge an additional fee for international orders.
Can you paint anything for a custom order?
Just about! However every artist has their strengths and weaknesses, and I get a lot of requests for portraits. Sadly I don’t paint people! But if you’d like to place a custom order for anything else, I’m happy to paint it for you. Specify your request on the Contact Page or email me details directly of what you’re thinking of getting painted and I’ll make it happen! Custom orders do require a 50% deposit, paid in advance no exceptions.
How long does shipping take when receiving an order?
Once the painting is complete, orders can take anywhere from 4-7 days for shipping. All orders are shipped through USPS and a tracking number will be provided to the customer once the package is in the mail. Please note K. Ashland Artistic Designs is not responsible for lost packages once orders are shipped, any lost packages must be reported to USPS directly.
